Mother Nature's Closet/ Exercising for Natural Cheerfulness

It's back to Mother Nature's closet to get ourselves ready for the commitment to staying active, exercising and raising those lovely endorphins. After all, any way we can achieve physical and emotional health these days is well worth the effort.  And no matter what season you are heading in to in your part of the world, there are always things you can do for yourself and your health.
I love the above sign from the shop of  http://www.etsy.com/shop/BedlamCountryCrafts
It's both funny and, for me, rather ironic; because I find myself running later and later at working, and it is a challenge making time for exercise. Check out the great assortment of signs at Bedlam Country Crafts, Seasonal, Funny, Motivational  and more.

Here is something I came across while searching thru the exercise equipment....and I haven't seen one of these in years!
A Hula Hoop..... How fun!! I never thought about it....but I bet this would make a great ' middle whittler' ...LOL..... a way to trim the waist?? I wonder what my cats would do if they saw me walking around the house with this..?? I could just see it now! Cleo would probably jump up after it.... And I love the Kitty Cat Shiny design on this one from the shop of http://www.etsy.com/shop/alaskaj

There are quite a few items here that are lovely. It's funny, I remember trying to hula hoop when I was little and could never get it, but maybe I was just lazy lol.

Great findings you have here, Kirsten! And you made me chuckled quite a bit :-) I guess that can be considered as face muscles exercise, no?
